IT Support & Systems Technician – SOS HR Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, printers, routers, IP cameras, POS devices, etc.).
- Set up and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems, software applications, and email clients.
- Manage and support local networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deploy Zoho systems (CRM, Books, People, etc.) and provide user support.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and perform regular maintenance and security checks.
- Assist with user access control, backups, data recovery, and endpoint protection.
- Support company-wide software tools such as Zoho, Odoo, Office 365, and others.
- Maintain documentation of installations, configurations, and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Solid knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing).
- Proven experience in installing and configuring computer hardware and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Desk, People) or Odoo is a strong plus.
- Able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
- Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
- Willing to travel occasionally to different branches (with company vehicle).
- Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or similar.
- Experience with Zoho One platform or Odoo ERP deployments.
- Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, HikCentral, access control) is an advantage.
