Loyalty Specialist – Career Hunters
Job Purpose:
To drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention through the development, implementation, and analysis of loyalty initiatives campaigns. The role combines strategic and operational responsibilities to ensure loyalty program effectiveness and data-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Loyalty Program Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, including coins issuance, redemption, configuration, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Finance, ops) and external vendors for loyalty program performance and enhancements.
- Develop member-exclusive campaigns to drive frequency, basket size, and customer retention.
- Track loyalty program KPIs and campaign ROI.
- Monitor fraud, manage customer complaints, and process manual adjustments when needed.
Customer Data & Insights:
- Analyze customer behaviour, segments, and purchase patterns using loyalty and digital marketing data.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Use insights to create personalised journeys and targeted offers.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Liaise with IT, Operations, and CX to ensure loyalty program and campaigns are implemented smoothly.
- Support Kanzee events, launches, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with platforms (e.g., WebEngage, philoshophic, etc.) to execute journeys and campaign flows.
