Quality Assurance Officer F&B – Mohamed N. Al Hajery and Sons Co. LTD
Purpose: To execute corporate quality assurance program for results in terms of
product quality and conformance to internal as well as external (such as
suppliers, regulators, etc.) policies, procedures, and international best
practices related to food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct Food Safety & Quality Audits to ensure timely performance
of activities as per the set quality procedures.
2. Inspect facilities, equipment, products, or production lines to ensure
food is prepared according to safety & quality standards.
3. Investigate Food Safety & Quality Complaints.
4. Oversee corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) implementation
and documentation.
5. Provide Food Safety & Quality SOP Trainings to F&B personnel.
6. Maintain a “floor presence” in the production facility.
7. Ensure maintenance and sanitation of the facility is in compliance
with food safety requirements.
8. Collaborates with stakeholders to continually improve capability and
process efficiency.
9. Perform Supplier Quality Audits and submit reports.
10. Co-ordinate with Management for audits by internal or external
parties.
