Sr. software quality analyst – Taiba Hospital

Sr. software quality analyst responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of software applications. The role involves designing and executing both manual and automated test cases, creating reusable test scripts, identifying and reporting defects, validating fixes, and ensuring compliance with functional and performance requirements. In parallel, the specialist prepares clear and comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and process workflows. The professional will collaborate with developers, product owners, and end-users, maintain precise documentation, continuously refine testing and automation processes, and ensure the delivery of secure, high-performance, and user-friendly software solutions.

GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Budgets and Plans: Adhere to departmental budgets and ensure optimal utilization of all available resources.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

·       Ensure quality and reliability of software through thorough testing (manual and automated).

·       Prepare and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for end-users and technical teams.

·       Identify, report, and track defects, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

·       Collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and QA teams to support project goals.

·       Maintain knowledge of current technologies, testing tools, and documentation standards.

·       Contribute to team learning and knowledge sharing, including test cases, templates, and guidelines.

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identity, document, and track defects and issues in a clear and structured manner.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or JUnit.
• Validate fixes and ensure regression testing is completed before release.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Conduct performance, security, and usability testing as required.
• Maintain a repository of test cases, automation scripts, and documentation templates.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements in both testing and documentation
