Enterprise Account Manager – Strategic Accounts – SOS HR Solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, strengthen, and expand long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders across assigned strategic accounts.
  • Lead strategic account planning and governance processes, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Identify, position, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across applications, cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and managed services.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of projects by acting as the bridge between client leadership and internal delivery teams, escalating when needed.
  • Monitor account health (revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, renewals) and take proactive action to defend and grow share of wallet.
  • Leverage local contacts and market knowledge in Riyadh and KSA to strengthen Company’s footprint and competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, Presales, and Service Delivery to bring new value-added solutions to clients.
  • Support the company’s transition into a verticalized approach, tailoring engagement strategies for BFSI, Government, Energy, and other industries.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM updates (Microsoft Dynamics), ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and governance.
  • Represent Company at executive briefings, steering committees, and industry forums to reinforce thought leadership and trust.
