Job Description
We are looking for motivated Mystery Shoppers across Kuwait to evaluate customer service and overall experience for different brands.
As a shopper, you will visit stores, restaurants, or showrooms, interact with staff, and complete an online evaluation form.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned visits according to project instructions.
- Observe and evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and product presentation.
- Submit reports accurately and on time through our platform.
