An Interior Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetics and functionality of residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to develop concepts, oversee execution from start to finish, and ensure projects balance creativity with practical considerations such as budgets, timelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand preferences, and define project goals.

• Develop design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, material selection, and lighting design.

• Produce detailed drawings and 3D visualizations using tools such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona.

• Present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and make necessary revisions.

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials and furnishings.

• Oversee project execution to ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

• Stay updated on industry trends, innovative techniques, and sustainable design practices.

• Manage projects effectively, resolving issues promptly and meeting tight deadlines.

• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
