Sales And Operations Manager ( Heavy Equipment and Prefab containers)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our business, which specializes in (oil & gas/sale & rental and Sale of heavy Equipment/ prefabricated containers etc).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee containers & equipment operations and sales, maintenance, and mobilization.
- Manage supplier negotiations, inventory, and yard utilization.
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and professional service.
- Control costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses.
- Lead and allocate workforce effectively.
- Enforce safety compliance and SOPs across operations.
- Support business development with new leads and opportunities.
