Forklift

To safely and efficiently operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move,

load, unload, and organize goods within warehouses, factories, construction sites, or

distribution centers. Ensures that materials and products are handled, stored, and transported

according to safety guidelines, inventory procedures, and operational standards.

₋ Implement the AMC Department’s set policies and procedures and comply with the

company’s other policies

Activities

₋ Drive and operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) to move

materials in a safe and efficient manner.

₋ Load, unload, and stack goods from trucks, containers, or storage areas.

₋ Move raw materials, finished products, or other items to designated areas within the

facility.

₋ Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure forklifts are in good

working condition

₋ Keep loading/unloading zones, storage areas, and forklifts clean and organized

₋ Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics personnel to ensure timely

movement of goods.

₋ Assist in packing, labeling, or other warehouse tasks as needed during downtime.
