Motor Recovery Specialist – Career Hunters

Department: Investment & Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

·        Review files, register, process and follow up recovery claims wherever applicable.

·        Follow up traffic court cases and collect final court judgements.

·        Notify the address of the defendant of court cases as per instructions of our lawyers and should inform the same to court Mandoup as on dates given by lawyers.

·        Send letters to insurance companies claiming recovery and follow up.

·        Develop and implement recovery claims strategies.

·        Prepare monthly and annual recovery reports and timely submission to the management for review.

·        Delivery of policies to clients, Statement of account, Renewal notices for the Fire, Miscellaneous, Motor and Marine Departments, Letters to banks/clients, etc. Acknowledgement of the client should be filed in time.

·        Depositing Cheques, letters in our bank and collecting our bank advice,statement from bank.

·        Collection of LC’s from Banks

·        Collection follow up for payments and cheques with other insurance companies

·        Delivery and collection of documents to and from the Ministries.

·        Submitting quarterly statistics to the Social Affairs office for WC claims paid.

·        Any other work assigned by the management from time to time.
