Supply Chain Transformation Lead – Mezzan Holding Company

The Supply Chain Transformation Lead is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end transformation projects across Mezzan Holding’s supply chain, manufacturing, demand planning, and logistics functions. The role involves managing project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, tracking progress, and optimizing operational performance. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics, to implement process improvements that support the company’s strategic goals.

• Collaborate with senior management to define project scopes and objectives aligned with business strategy.
• Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities within supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Track the approved KPIs to measure the success of supply chain projects.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across various supply chain functions.
• Use project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) to track project progress and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments.
• Identify and resolve issues, bottlenecks, and risks during project life cycles.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that procurement, logistics, and manufacturing are aligned with project schedules.
• Communicate effectively across departments to ensure clarity and alignment on goals and deadlines.
• Maintain detailed documentation for each phase of the project.
