Restaurant Hostess – Al-Fozan Enterprises General Trading & Contracting Co.

The Restaurant Hostess plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests at our establishment in Al Kuwait. As the first point of contact, the hostess is responsible for managing the flow of guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
2. Manage reservations and maintain the seating chart to optimize table turnover.
3. Assist guests with inquiries about the menu and restaurant services.
4. Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
5. Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
7. Assist in training new host staff and provide guidance on best practices.
8. Monitor dining room activity and adjust seating arrangements as necessary.
9. Promote special events and menu items to enhance guest experience.
10. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction.
