- Handle the stock of ingredients required to prepare bakery items, understand the ingredient quantities, and list them down.
- Guide junior pastry chefs in executing their daily tasks like baking dishes, determining ingredients and understanding customer needs.
- Frequently monitoring the ingredients stock to detect requirements and place orders ensuring the expenses are within the company budget.
