Warehouse Manager – Andalus Trading Establishment Company

• Oversee inventory control to ensure stock levels are maintained and accurate.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure product accuracy.
• Implement systems to track and manage inventory, reducing errors and losses.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff, including loaders, clerks, and supervisors.
• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure that all staff follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet customer demand.
• Monitor order accuracy to prevent shipping errors or delays.
• Plan and optimize the warehouse layout to maximize space and efficiency.
• Ensure proper storage methods are used to prevent damage or loss of products.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and receiving.
• Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics companies.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, shipping times, and inventory turnover.
• Oversee the warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and operational costs
• Work with customer service teams to resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
