Legal Administrative Assistant – Tamdeen Group

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal General Manager and the legal team
  • Manage legal documentation, including drafting, formatting, and proofreading contracts, correspondence, and internal reports.
  • Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination for the legal team.
  • Assist with legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and legal precedents as needed
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including government entities, law firms, and corporate partners.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the legal team.
  • Support the legal team in administrative tasks related to corporate governance, contracts, and litigation management.
