Telesales Officer – Al Mulla Group

Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, including existing data, to support business decision-making.

• Analyze existing data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

• Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

• Contact customers over telephone, both existing and new.

• Lead generation for sale of multi-brand products and communication of promotional offers of OAS.

• Duties include tracking customer contact lists and explaining the benefits of OAS products, solutions & services.

• Understand the customer’s requirements and persuade the customer to buy by communicating how the products or services meet their needs.

• Accurate recording of customer’s personal information.

• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.

• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

• Keep records of calls, sales and other relevant information.
