Executive Pastry and Bakery Chef – RTC1 Recruitment Services
Job Description:
- Oversee the pastry and bakery section, ensuring all products meet high quality, hygiene, and brand standards, and comply with food safety regulations.
- Plan and coordinate daily pastry and dessert production, maintaining consistency and presentation across multi-unit operations.
- Support the creation and introduction of new concepts and menus, working closely with management to innovate and enhance offerings.
- Recruit, train, and develop bakery/pastry staff, monitor their performance, and ensure efficient daily operations.
- Organize resources, maintain food and equipment standards, prioritize cost control, and ensure smooth running of all pastry preparation activities.
