Job Description:

  • Oversee the pastry and bakery section, ensuring all products meet high quality, hygiene, and brand standards, and comply with food safety regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate daily pastry and dessert production, maintaining consistency and presentation across multi-unit operations.
  • Support the creation and introduction of new concepts and menus, working closely with management to innovate and enhance offerings.
  • Recruit, train, and develop bakery/pastry staff, monitor their performance, and ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Organize resources, maintain food and equipment standards, prioritize cost control, and ensure smooth running of all pastry preparation activities.
