Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and attending to customer needs.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining area, including tables, chairs, and table settings.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and ingredients to provide recommendations and answer customer questions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties as needed.
