Job Title: Warehouse Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

•  Processing orders.
• Operating mechanical and IT systems.
• Operating machinery, such as forklifts and pickers, and ensuring it is in working order.
• Liaising with transport companies, suppliers, and clients.
• Supervising use of specialized storage.
• Training, supervising and appraising staff.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Devising and monitoring rotes for staff.
• Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
• Managing budgets.
• Administering stock control.
• Keeping health and safety records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Investigating accidents and troubleshooting problems.
• Distribute raw material and packing materials to the production as per requisitions
• Maintain proper records for receiving, tracking, and storing materials
• Conduct physical inventory checks and ensure alignment with monthly inventory book reports
• Ensure stock management follows the Ledger and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles
• Manage all store-related operational issues, including software systems (ERP) for stocktaking, and control
• Monitor non-moving stock and report to relevant authorities promptly
• Maintain proper budget planning for reordering the raw materials and packing materials
• Maintain proper stock level reports to send for production requisition
