Store Manager – MACH

• It will be your duty to lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborating with the corporate office to plan and execute marketing and promotional strategies, adjusting pricing strategies, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement will be a crucial part of your role.
• Your main role as a Store Manager will involve supervising all operational aspects of the store, including inventory control, sales performance, and customer service.
• A significant part of your role will involve leading and inspiring your team, offering guidance, training, and performance evaluations to achieve or exceed sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• You will be primarily responsible for managing the store’s day-to-day operations, which encompass inventory management, sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Establishing and implementing store policies and procedures to maintain safety and organization will be a key part of your role as a Store Manager.
