Sales Manager – United Beverage Company K.S.C.C
- Develop and implement channel strategies to optimize performance across all trade channels – Coops, Branches, Supermarket and Traditional Trade.
- Identify and establish relationships with key trade partners and distributors to expand market reach.
- Negotiate and manage trade agreements, including pricing, promotions, and distribution terms.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets and market demands.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create channel-specific promotions and campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute field sales strategies and action plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and gather market intelligence.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges in the field.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty across all channels.
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles affecting channel and field sales performance.
