Sales Key Account Manager – Electronics – Albatel Brothers

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager for our smart watch division. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the smart watch market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, a passion for technology, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each key account.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of our smart watch products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking performance against targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and their staff on product features and usage.
