Presales Specialist- Kuwait – Diyar United Company
Responsibilities:
- Bridging the Connection between Technical Teams and Sales Teams, with the ability to be an ambassador for (Application Division) Infront of Sales and Client
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients
- Helping the sales team by covering the technical side of convincing the customer with the Proposed Technical Solutions
- Writing technical proposals and supporting in cost estimates
- Analyze and Collect Customer Requirements
- Develop requirements specification documentation
- Identity and determine project scope
- Build solution architecture and design
- Interface directly with Clients, Business Users, and Management
- Manage and communicate with external vendors
