Internal Audit – Team Leader

  • Oversee the internal audit team by providing direction, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Review and approve audit plans, engagement work programs, and audit reports prepared by the team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual audit plans aligned with organizational objectives and risks.
  • Monitor audit progress and ensure audits are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and strengthen controls.
  • Conduct follow up audits.
  • Prepare and present audit findings to the management.
  • Ensure audit reports accurately reflect the results of audits with risk ratings and actionable recommendations.
  • Foster effective communication with auditees to address issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Supervise audit activities across Kuwait and other branches, ensuring consistency in audit practices and reporting standards.
  • Perform any other duty requested by the Executive Manager.
