Internal Audit – Team Leader

- Oversee the internal audit team by providing direction, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Review and approve audit plans, engagement work programs, and audit reports prepared by the team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual audit plans aligned with organizational objectives and risks.
- Monitor audit progress and ensure audits are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and strengthen controls.
- Conduct follow up audits.
- Prepare and present audit findings to the management.
- Ensure audit reports accurately reflect the results of audits with risk ratings and actionable recommendations.
- Foster effective communication with auditees to address issues and implement corrective measures.
- Supervise audit activities across Kuwait and other branches, ensuring consistency in audit practices and reporting standards.
- Perform any other duty requested by the Executive Manager.
