Freight Coordinator – Alghanim Industries

Catering to container loadings from China & Fareast for Alghanim Industries and its

associated Business Units.

Essential Job Roles:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: –

 Oversee container loadings worldwide on daily basis

 Handle freight flow processes

 Responsible for loading the containers as per control measures in place by management

as well as in alignment with buying team

 Reporting on bookings of shipments regularly by updating ERP system diligently for

better management

 Respond to business unit complaints or inquires related to container loadings

 Responsible to manage relationship with shipping lines & freight forwarders by assisting

suppliers to ship it as per intended timelines and in alignment with china team

instructions.

 Check copy docs as per destination clearance process.
