Job Title: Brand Manager

Reports to: General Manager

A brand manager is responsible for developing a brand’s overall strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. This includes creating, identifying the target audience and setting pricing strategies

Key Responsibilities

·  Conduct consumer and market research.

·  Identify how the brand is currently positioned in the market.

·  Design a research based brand strategy

·  Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.

·  Communicate our brand personality internally and align company brand message.

·  Communicate our brand personality internally and align company around foundational ideas.

·  Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date.
